Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original Orb packaging to ensure safe transit and prevent damage during the return journey.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
